📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work:

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, and in original condition with tags (if any).

• Photos and an unboxing video are required as proof for return requests. This helps us verify damages or wrong items.

📸 Proof Required:

• A clear video from the moment of opening the package is mandatory for claims related to:

• Damaged products

• Missing items

• Wrong item received

• Photos showing the condition of the item may also be requested.

🚚 Return Process:

1. DM us on Instagram or email us with your order ID, photos, and unboxing video.

2. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.

3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method (as per our policy).

⚠ Note:

• We do not offer returns for minor color variations due to lighting/screens.

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our end.
